My camaro did turn over but wouldn't start. Today I hooked it up to the charger, and now when I turn the key, nothing happens, my battery terminals are clean, same goes for cables. Why won't it turn at all? --Get a new starter? Thanks for input

I want to get it going before summer that way I can have some fun with it before I put my 400small block in next winter.

Update: I just went to try and start it again, now-of the charger- it fires once or twice then it stumbles and dies. If anyone can give me any insight that would be most helpful.
