opinions wanted
not just any opinions, but the serious mechanics, those who have built 3rd Gen street machines, and FFS only those who can wrap their minds around the concept of a car not being built for the 1/4 mile track. i want to keep it TPI, i want it to have a smooth idle, and reliable operation, and i want to get 350-400 HP. this build is no pipe dream. i will start buying parts NLT this February. so if some of you who know what youre talking about and understand what i want, wanna take a look at this parts list and give your opinion, i would appreciate it.

The Car: 1989 Formula 350; Hardtop; Maui Wowy; 29745 K on Odometer.
The Parts List:

GM Performance 12464298 - GM Performance Parts "Fast Burn" Aluminum Vortec SBC Heads
GMPP "ZZ4" Camshaft: Hydraulic roller tappetIntake Duration at 050 inch Lift208Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift221Duration at 050 inch Lift208 int./221 exh.Advertised Intake Duration275Advertised Exhaust Duration280Advertised Duration275 int./280 exh.Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio0.474 in.Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio0.510 in.Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio0.474 int./0.510 exh.Lobe Separation (degrees)112
Trick Flow 31400514 1.5 Ratio roller rocker arms

Edelbrock 3817 Vortec Base Plate
Accel 23 lb/hr Injectors
AS&M Runners
also, port match the plenum, and if needs be the intake (base plate). full exhaust w/ ORYP. homemade/piecemeal CAI since nobody makes a nice one. GMS adjustable MAF. probably a custom chip.
is the stock 48mm TB w/ airfoil fine for this or do i need to step up to a 52 or 58mm?
overall, can i expect 300+ HP to the wheels, or am i setting myself up for a big disappointment?
is this combo even well-matched to begin with?
