another won't run question, about to call tow truck
after working for 3 days (off and on because of school), i replaced my passenger valve cover, wrapped the pass header, flushed the radiator and system, and attempted to diagnose a code 43. well all went well (still code 43 but it was driveable), until after putting everything back together it will not run. I cant keep it running really crappy with the gas but if i let off it will die. Immediately checked the spark plugs and they are in the correct order. i double checked plugging everything all back in..... ABSOLUTELY stuck. Anyone have ANY ideas?..kinda screwed cus im walking to school tomorrow lol

you've checked all your vacuum lines? line leading to brake booster, throttle body, etc?

Yeah.... I just went out to make sure I got those too. It's really acting like something is crossed or mixed up. I may have just been too stressed today to think clearly enough.

it could also be something unrelated to what you've done recently, e.g. ignition coil failure (it happens). i've had them go into sputtering mode, and then completely die within a day or two. i'm sure you've checked fuel pressure at the rail? or at least, the presence of lots of fuel at the schrader valve.
sorry, it could be a lot of things. mebbe it's in limp-home mode, if one or more sensors isn't connected up.

I've been there bro. sounds terrible like a misfire. I've taken out a bunch of spark plugs checked the firing order. called it a night. the next day, with sun, i could see a vacuum hose was detached off the booster.
Thats why when i saw your post i had to remind you to check for vacuum leaks.

On another post, another member has me somewhat convinced that I shorted my comp or esc. I used a 12v test light, got it to light up, and now I cannot recreate that. So I'm thinking now that it may be in limp mode cus it's dead. But I dunno, computers are like string theory to me....8-0
