While turning my car stutters/chokes

Hey ThirdGen,

I've been noticing lately when I take turns (normally from stop signs) my car will find it difficult to move at a low steady RPM. It literally chokes up and stutters then does a rapid JUMP in RPS -- why?

Also, this happens from time to time while turning on bends @ 20-45 mph. The weather in Jersey couldn't be any more crazy...
