327CI engine questions

I wanna get some things strate before i end up buying a 327 .060 over.

Can i use the pully system from my 305 AND fit the same on the 327?
Can i use 350CI engine parts such as heads, intakes, headers ect?
Would the motor mounts, mounting position and trans hook up to it like the 305?

Re: 327CI engine questions

SBC is SBC - it's all the same block externally - this includes 283, 302, 305, 307, 327, 350. Headers, heads, intakes, etc. all fit each other.

Pulley brackets will depend on the heads and whether they have the accessory bolt holes.

Not sure I'd bother with a 327 when a 350 would be same cost and so much more can be done for same. If there's a 327 in your area for $X then there's a 350 around for the same $X.

Re: 327CI engine questions

My main concern would be the .060 over bore without it being sonic checked before I was worried about buying it.
