Best tool to adjust timing

Might sound stupid, but what type of wrench do you use to get to the timing adjustment bolt. I have some offset box wrenches but I still cant get to it

I would say a dist. wrench. I had a friend put one of my open end 9/16 inch wrenches in a vise and we heated it with a torch and then beat it til we got the bend/angle i wanted. Removing the coil and egr solenoid makes things 95 % easier too.
