anyway, is that fluid aka coolant inside the lifter valley?

If it is, you need to tear down the engine because coolant got everywhere.

 

no its just oil it didnt mix oil water anywhere but i could hear it losing compression on passenger bank so i tore head off it wouldnt run btw and now im gonna put a gasket and put it back together seems like a fair bet to me i only paid 200 for car if this works ill sell it for like 7 or 8 hundred
