Crazy Noises
Hi, i'm new here, and wasn't sure where to post my questions. I'd really like some help.
Firstly, I have a 90 RS rebuilt with a 350. Before I re-wire all of my gauges(Only one works) I'd like to make sure I can get the car running well. It idles at around 1000 rpms, but runs really rough. It cuts off at every stop sign unless i'm constantly pressing the pedal. I've already adjusted the carburetor(that's why it's idling at 1000).
Lastly, while turning and braking, I can hear a violent knocking sound from the rear axle. A friend told me I have worn out bearings. Any ideas? I'm debating if it's worth fixing or not.

Idle Time
Theres a lot of things which can cause the idle/stalling when stopping problem.
First check for vacuum leaks.

The rear problem is probably worn transmission mounts or the Panhard rod.

How bout those too scared to drive without headlights in the daytime
and the ones that need headlights for a little rain
