The sensor wire of new 3 wire unit connects to your old single wire connection
The other two wires ( usually same colors ) of a 3 wire O2 are 12V and ground; is only a heater so no matter which way around

The bosch 13077 is the one I used. You could either buy a pigtail for it or just crimp/solder the wires together each time you change it like i did. Cut the connector off the original sensor, hook that to the white wire (with some extra wire between so its long enough), hook one black wire to ground, the other black wire to one of the on-in-run spots on the fuse box (wire an inline fuse to be safe).

No chip changes should be involved, the operating voltage values are the same as the original.

the car is mostly stock now.....i have the lt1 cam vortec heads and slp headers(not installed)......id think to optimize the xtra flow and compression a custom chip would be needed.....just askin for any recommendations.......ive been getting them from harris...didnt know if there were better choices for the money, i know the o2 mod doesnt need a chip
