Re: not getting fuel help

The green wire with the white stripe on the relay, where does it go to?

Re: not getting fuel help

It runs to the ECM - it's the signal wire to "energize" the relay. The ECM puts 12v+ on that wire, which energizes the relay, and the relay switches power from battery to fuel pump.

Any plans to attend Rims on the River this year?

Re: not getting fuel help

Can I remove all of the green/white wires then since I went carb? I already removed the ECM. And what does the red wire go to? Can I just send key-on power to the green/white wire so the pump is on when the key is?

OK i replaced the fuel pump yesterday and the car starts right up now but it stalls and turns off unless i keep my foot on the throthle what could be that problem. Also it has the check engine light on if that would help.

hallelullah the beast is roaring at last. with 7 dollars and a ohm meter, got it running...it sounds angelic. sickr mine had the exact problem, just as yours, i fooled the vats system by adding a resistor of equal value as my key, cranked right up.
