WB trouble shooting
I have an LM-1 WB an was hoping some one here had some knowledge with this unit . First off the unit was working okay was having some connectivity with TunerPro . The 9V battery was dead so i put a new one in an was gonna do a update an reset my settings . Went to the site downloaded the latest version an picked the latest firmware to install . Had the serial cable hooked up went to LM program an turned on LM-1 , selected update firmware an started to install , it showed an error so quick i think half way thru . I was not expecting it an it went away so i could not see what it said . Shut things down an went to try again now it won't detect the serial cable ? So next i went an inserted the power cable to see if it will turn on an that does not work also ? I find it very suspicous that the unit went bad just like that any help or suggestions greatly apprecieated .

After some or alot of searching i guess i should not have done the firmware update . The newer version corrupts the older version some how an then you get the blank screen like i have . What is recommended a factory flash does anybody have the software so i can do the factory flash myself instead of sending it Cali for the re-flash ?

I'd NEVER recommend a firmware upgrade unless you NEED it !
When a firmware upgrade goes bad, you are truly screwed.
That can't be fixed in the field, even by the factory.
