Takes 15 minutes to start
When I attempt to start my 86 IROC it will turn over turn over turn over, Start finally, then it will die, you have to repeat this 20 times, before she stays running.

Does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on? Put ear against tank and listen while someone turns on key. If not, bad fuel pump relay - replace.
If so, maybe have clogged filter - should repalce it anyway unless you've replaced it in the last 2 years.
