081 305 heads on my 327, what cam to use

I have the question stated above. My old heads were 76cc and I think a valve was bent when i bought the car, always ran rough at low rpms. I got a 305 with 081 heads and everything is good so far, I just want to know what the springs on the 305 head can handle as far as lift or duration. Summit has a line of cams that are $55 a piece, and money is very tight right now, but my neon is about to fail hard as a wheel bearing is about to go, so I need this back up asap. I was thinking this would be good enough, tell me what you think. If it really does need different springs i will have to rent a tool, and I am flat broke right now.

EDIT: also look at this one, from what I see, this cam should work. I think the above is probably too big

providing ur springs are in good shape you should have no problem running 470 to 480 lift, but i wouldnot recomend more than that, i would stay at 470. Just my opinion if you want more lift you can order springss at kmj.ent for bout 40 bucks

Get some new springs they are cheap so you dont have another valvetrain issue. Ive used reground flat tappets before with no issues, in fact put new lifters on an old FT cam and again no problems.
