do i need a new starter or battery..or something else??
before my car would only do this once a week, no it has become more frequent. just today when i turned the key over i got a click sound, 2nd time, click, 3rd it would turn over but wouldn't stat, then finally i got it on after the fourth try. whats goin on with my car?
o and the battery gauge in the car, the needle is all the way to the right(max) and the previous owner said it does that because he thinks there is a ground somewhere.

these are some things to try first
have your battery tested....clean or replace the cables and replace the battery terminal bolts...let's hope it's lack power and not the starter or the starter solenoid

I Would suspect bad solenoid contacts but check the battery terminals and the ground to the engine block.

the solenoid contacts to the starter? so the fact that the previous owner messed the ground up and the battery gauge reads all the way past full charge all the time, is related to my cars problems? and is this a big deal, could it lead to bigger problems, should i be worried?
