is there any reason that the IAC valve should be sucking air really really loud out of no where, and when i disconect the vacum line from the AFPR it stops sucking as much air but still wont run right and has no power at any rpms?

for some reason when i did the water on the header trick too see if a cylinder was not working properly and the whole passenger side header was only warm too the touch and the driver side was sizzling hot when i sprayed it with the water, any reason this could be? i took out one of the spark plugs and started the vehical too see if it was sparking and it did so im not sure what it could be but it happened just sitting in the garage over night and the IAC is pullin a huge amount of air and is realy loud and never shuts off even after the engine warms up, any ideas??

Check the injectors on the cold side, IDK is batch fired. Check the fuses; I think if one injector is shorted out it could shut down the whole bank on that side. Was the plug that you pulled fowled? OHM the injectors and try a noid light to see if you are getting pulse to all of them. Hope someone else joins in with a little more knowledge then me, Maybe doc's around.
Hope you fix it, good luck
