Engine stumbles when idleing below 3000 rpm

Hello evryone, i have a 91 gta t/a. when started up, it hesitates, lightly, its when i drive it and im just barely giving it gas to go any speed under 40mph it surges when i hold the gas steady, i give it more throttle and it seems to work just fine. once it warms up it works ok, it also smells like raw fuel all the time and it gives me an o2 sensor code, every sensor is new,new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and msd coil.the car is stock with a 305 tpi and manual tranny. It does have a 160* stat

Where do you live? Cold start injectors, and all the other ones in those cars, die a lot. Leaky injectors would cause this problem of yours. As would bad rings letting gas leak through, which would ruin your sensors over time.

Try removing some 02 sensors and see of they are gunked up and reik of gas. Lighting a lighter on your dipstick for engine oil will show you if you have some gas leaking past your rings and into your crankcase.
