Estimated HP?

I want to have an idea of the estimated hp on my engine, would appreciate your help, Im gonna post what I know so far.
14093638 block...350...87-95...2 or 4...Roller or flat tappet cam, one-piece rear seal
14096217 heads...55-86...350..........Crate motor, 285hp/300hp, 64cc chambers, 72' or 90' center intake manifold bolt angles however mine are centerbolts and Ive read on other sites that they are 87 and up. (14096217 Iron heads, are centerbolt. They are 1987+ and feature 72 degree center bolts. Valves are 1.94 and 1.5 with 64cc combustion chambers. The head is the same as L98 Iron head 14011083 which is why these heads were found on this car. They came from GM parts, if not a complete crate engine. The engine part number is 12353641. This 350 crate engine came with 285 hp, although I have seen them listed as making 300 hp though thats unlikely unless there was an option. )
10108449 intake (pretty sure its stock)
everything else is stock. I just want to have an idea since I'm thinking of building it up a bit. Thanks.

Sounds stock.

No aftermarket cam or exhaust?

Remember "stock" HP ratings are flywheel net, meaning as installed in the car with accessories, air inlet, and exhaust. Crate engine HP ratings are flywheel gross with open headers, carb, velocity stack instead of air cleaner, electric water pump, etc.

Re: Estimated HP?

That post was super hard to follow. Can you try cleaning it up a little bit. Roller and flat tappet cams are a big difference. If its an aftermarket cam whats the spec.

From what I got from your post, its a stock 350 crate with small valves on the heads. You will be looking at 285 tops at the crank if that's what it is rated. With a 18-22% loss through the drive train. You are looking at 222-233 at the wheels TOPS.

Its a good base platform though, with the right valvetrain/cam, 190cc heads, headers, air gap intake, and 650dp, you could easily be looking at 350+ at the wheels.
