Flooded engine just after a few days

Ok So, I left my car to sit for about 4-5 days, went to start it and it was already flooded, got it to start after cranking it for a few mins. After leaving it out to set again for about another week same issue. Can anyone give me some possible reasons why my car keeps flooding?

You're talking about fuel flooding it right? I had the same issue since my fuel pressure regulator diaphragm was broken. I replaced it, no more problems since.

Re: Flooded engine just after a few days

The regulator was what I personally experienced. Since the diaphragm in mine blew, fuel was flooding the engine after a while of driving, so I wouldn't be able to start it unless I left it sitting overnight.
