head identification?

head identification?

hi , i have a pair of heads on a 350 i can not identify.they have 1.5/1.92 valves,casting no's 3051-058 ,w ,92 ,nh.also have 305 under exhaust port.they have self alighning rockers and narrow oval holes for the push rods ? are they 305 heads ?

Right off, I'm not sure what you have. I've never seen any 7-digit casting that starts with 30. Ill grab my magic book in a few minutes, If its a GM number, it should be in there. In the meantime, put some pics up of the rocker valley.

its 11 pm over here heads are in the shed , and very oily , no pics .couldn't find the #'s in gm ,thought they might be after market or mexican or mercruise heads

See I-058 (that's the letter "I")

Sound slike somebody REALLY porked the pooch on that one.

i'm new to the chev experience . this site is so helpfull . learning so fast.the motor still has hone marks in the bores.

yes thank you ,they are ,worldcasting heads . s/r torquer 305 heads 58 ml combustion chamber.thanks fo your help
