Hey fellas, I have an 89 Iroc, 305 tpi, manual tranny. I think I blew the engine and I want to get a 350 instead. Do you think this one will work??

No. It has the swirl-port heads, and while those can be driven with TPI, the cam necessary to get 325 HP with them, is too much cam to work with TPI.
GM started calling their pickup engines "Vortec" several years before the good 906 and 062 heads appeared for 1996.
And to run TPI on the true Vortecs requires a dedicated intake base, which is like $450.
