Hi Guys,
Here's my trouble. My Iroc 305 is giving me a code 33. I have to give it gas on start up but then it runs great. I was looking at my maf relays but not sure if that the prob. I have three. One closest to the fender is my fuel pump ( disconnected the pump wont prime ) and the one closest to motor is the maf power relay (marked on top of relay). Is the middle on the burn off? It is the only one that has 4 pin terminal. The two other relays have 5 terminals.
What do you think? I need it smogged. so I have to fix this.

 

Anyone?? Car runs good but I get this code 33. Replaced my burnoff and power relays but still get the code.
Any help would be good.

I have had Code 33 problems a couple times. I have had success with cleaning the MAF, but just this week I opted to replace my MAF and it drove great last night when I had the car out. I had checked my relays first and they were all fine. I bought spare relays to have on hand in case they are needed in the future though.

Did you ever figure it out? My car has the same code, and the only way it starts up cleanly is if i turn the key to accessory, wait for the security dash light to go out, and then turn it over. Just stalls out otherwise.
