every time i start the engine when its cold it will fire right up but then stall right away.it does this a couple of times before it stays running. i have checked the cold start injector its not that because it fires right up with it plugged in but wont start with it unplugged . i have done all the adjustments to the iac and tps .would the cts have anything to do with this problem i dont have the radiator hooked up. this engine is on a test stand.and also the esc 4 wire plug on the distributor when i unplug that to set the base timing the engine wont fire. this is an 86 tpi setup with painless harness 165 ecm with a non emissions burnt chip. any help would be great. i cant figure this out.

 

is there anybody that might no what the problem is. anything so i can try to get this ready to swap in my blazer. please
