Gonna swap my 305 for a 350...but WHERE?

Hey fellas, so my bro and I are gonna put in a brand new 350 in my 89 Iroc, but neither of us has the room in our garages to do so. We were thinking of renting out one of those storage units and do the work there. Can anyone recommend a name that allows such work? Or any other ideas of where to do the work in general?

Thanks!!!

Most storage units don't want people doing work inside them, and don't have any electric hookups either..

Why not get everything ready, wait for a good weekend without rain (or whenever you have time off) and do it outside in your driveway?

Yep - driveway. remove radiator, exhaust, accessories, and anything "in the way" - rent engine hoist for the day - the actual engine swap should only take a few hours - reconnecting everything AFTER engine is under the hood takes the most time.
