how many ohms should my fuel pmp have?

how many ohms should my fuel pmp have?

If I'm doing it right which I'm probably not. I'm getting around 60

why are you ohming out your fuel pump? do you mean your sending unit for the gauge?

I was trying to figure out why every fuel pump I put in it never put out more than 15 psi. But I figured it out. All three fuel pumps I tried were for the non fuel injected model 305. I've got the right one coming in tomorrow

that would be the pump for the TBI engines, you apparently need the one for the TPI engines, much higher pressure

Yeah I know. My car is sitting out back of VIP waiting for the right one to come in tomorrow. Once it does ill install it and work from there if the problem isn't fixed

But this mistake did work in my favor. The tpi is about 30$ more expensive than tbi and they are just swapping it out for me so I save 30$
