Are you sure you have a starter issue, and not a starter circuit issue? Everyone is quick to blame the starter, when in fact most problems are in the iognition switch, or the neutral safety switch.
Put 12v directly from the battery to where the purple wire connects to the starter - if it turns, your starter is fine and your problem is elsewhere (use a nice sized 10guage wire for this).
Otherwise, if you have headers, it's a heat soak issue, and you need to wrap the starter to keep the header heat off it.

starter is burn the last starter i crank the motor 3 separete times and on the 3rd one the starter burn you could see the smoke coming out of it.
not from header heat sense i havent had the car on. i talk to some car people and they think is the way my wires are but i dint know cant figure it out

When you pull the burned starters out, can you fire them up on the bench, do they work? Engine may be hard to turn for some reason, overloading the starter. Can you turn the motor by hand? (may need to take plugs out for this)
Also - are you sure the smoke comes from the starter, and not the + cable connected to it? If so, might be a disintegrating terminal.

motor turn free, i have not taking the last starter out cuz i got mad and stop working on it but i did try starting the car and starter wont do anything
