350 bored 60 over VS Core support replaced

I'm looking at two cars right now one is an 1985 chevy camaro. 350 bored to 60 over. Automatic. New windshield. new plugs and wires. Alternator from a 04 chevy pickup installed. Edelbrock intake and carb. Carb may need a rebuild. But runs fine now. (170k miles i think) Daily driver. Says he needs it gone soon. for $900

The other is a 91 V6 Aoutmatic, I'm assuming FI, I'll find out when I check it out in person. new hood and the core support needs replaced (?) 130k miles, but says the engine is solid, the girl doesn't seem to know much about what she's selling. (not that I'm the most knowledgeable either) I'll find out more when i see it later this week, and she is asking $1250 for it.

I wouldn't be able to do the body work myself, so my question is which would be potentially more of a pain? I've heard lots of people putdown the idea of .060 over. Any thoughts?

.060 over is only a problem if you need to rebuild it.
