91 GTA engine loping when hot

Been looking through the forums and I have a feeling it may be my injectors. 4 ohm out at 17, 2 at 12 and 2 at 9. I just took the iac out and was gummed up a little with black crap. Cleaned the iac and put back in. Could tell a little smoother idle but same loping when engine gets to full temp. When I first start it cold it seems to be smooth as silk until hot. Then it revs up and down between 4 or 500 rpm to 7 and 8. Also, at first acceleration at stop lights I get a quick hesitation every time then start to accelerate ok. Sound like fuel injectors? Also air tested Egr up to 10 inches and it starts to drop slowly losing pressure when it is said it should hold constant for 20 seconds. 152,000 miles on car. Cleaned out throttle body and again black crap basically poured out of it when putting carbon choke cleaner in it. Sound like an Egr and fuel injector replacement? Southbay 22 lb injectors ok?
