EFI cars with recirculating fuel systems don't get vapor lock.

Does it have spark when it won't start?

Any codes when it won't start?
Have you checked the fuel pressure when it won't start?

Doesn't sound even remotely like the first link.

You've checked spark and fuel pressure when it's not starting?

I had the same thing happen, exact same scenario... even had the same questions.

Last week, I was on my way to fix an AC at a friend's home, when it stalled out.
After a couple years of dealing with this, I pulled out my freon tank and gauges and shot some freon at the base of the distributor, where the ignition module is.
Cooled it right down!
When I cranked it, it coughed a few times then fired right up, and I went straight to get a new module.
It's only been a week, but it's hot as hell here in Vegas, and no problems yet.

sorry, i edited my previous post, the first of the 2 links in my above post was incorrect. the 2 that are there now are the correct ones. seems like alot of people are having the same issue.
