Help Identifying a part

1988 GTA 350

I keep getting an error code of 33,

found that when i cleaned up this part it fixed it, but i would like to replace it. when i run the car without it the car runs rich.

Its located right underneath the rotor next to the distrubuter.

has to be some kind of sensor or relay because there are wires that plug into it, along with breather hoses
