Camaro has no power when alternator is plugged in...

Camaro has no power when alternator is plugged in...
My buddy has a 91 RS with a 305 TBI and the car has no power when the alternator is plugged in. Whne its un plugged the car runs great. So far the battery,alternator, TPS,fuel pump,ignition module and PCM has been replaced with no change.

Anyone have any ideas?
