misfire, opinions please

so i just built my 383 stroker, i trying to chase this misfire. it doesnt seem fuel related at all. possible ignition misfire. but i have one other thing that has been bugging me about my misfire is that it is only at a lower rp, and crusin below 2100 rpm? as soon as my cam's rpm range hits though it goes away and pulls like crazy. is it possible my camshaft is creating the misfire and i just have to deal with it? never had a cam this big before. its a comp cam 288 i believe 520 540 lift with a 236 242 duration.
