which valve seals to use?!?

Just installed a new cam, intake, and carb on my 1985 T/A with a mid-80's rebuilt 350. Oddly it didn't improve the performance at all. So I'm swapping out the valve springs for some Lunati 108lb closed, and figured while I have them apart I should do the valve seals too. But I don't know what kind of seals to use?!

It had rotator style springs/keepers with umbrella style seals and the o-ring on the valve stem. I don't know much about heads and could really use some advice on what I should do seal-wise?

I bought some press on style positive seals, but I'm not sure its a good idea if the head/valve guides are not designed for them.

Thanks in advance!
