cam bearings

im not sure if this is the right board to put this on but im thinkin about putting a cam in my 305 tpi in my 89 iroc i dont want to take the motor out of the car to do the swap witch i no i can do but idk if i can get the cam bearings changed in the car. a couple people have told me i dont need to change the bearings but im pretty sure u have to. any thoughts on if i should change them for sure

You don't need to change the cam bearings unless there's something wrong with them.
