91 FIrebird Formula 350 Oil Pressure Fluctuation
91 FIrebird Formula 350 Oil Pressure Fluctuation
I have a strange issue. Sometimes when I start the car it starts but the oil pressure is very low and it doesn't want to run. Then I turn the car off and the oil pressure is fine and the car runs fine.
Is this a sign of the oil pressure sending unit going bad? If so is it located on the driver's side at the rear of the intake next to the dizzy? I am assuming the switch down by the oil filter/cooler is the temp sensor and doesn't really have anything to do with this.
Thanks

On firebirds its down on the DR side of the block above oil filter area. 3 wires.
