ok maybe the titles misleading and im in the wrong place to pose this question but i was told recently of a book that was called the "bible of sbc's" i am an idiot and forgot the name of the guy so i could look it up but i think its called something "like" low budget 12 sec sbc's and the guys name was something "like" moretti (last name) anyone know about this book? i think its 15 years old by now

I'm not sure what book that would be. However, I have to suggest anything from David Vizard.

That sounds like a David Vizard type of book. If you're into books like that, find all of David Vizards books relating to SBC's, and you'll find the information you want.
