Vacuum lines ??

Does anyone have the schematics to where the vacuum lines go on an 89 firebird formula 350? I have lines that go no where one goes down on the fender on the drivers side front fender and the other one goes from the vapor canister down to the fuel line (but it tees off in the fender and goes no where. Also my canister doesnt have asn opening on the bottom to take the filter out, how do I change the filter?
