700r4 trans not kicking down
Hi guys have 89 formula l98 car runs strong 700 r4 trans car rips the only problem is when i am driving around 30 or so mph and punch it the car does not seem to down shift, once in a while if i put my foot through the floor i can get it to grab i believe is first gear and than the car seems to move out any help would be great thanks

ok checked the tv cable seems to be ok can't push any more in any other suggestions thanks
