Rebuilt engine start 89 GTA 350

Ok so bought the car end of October. Rebuilt 350 bored .030 over and he said he put a slightly bigger than stock cam in ( but doesn't have specs on it) so I've been putting it back together, put fresh oil in, fresh plugs and wires, new fuel pump, new fuel pump relay and I can't get it to fire. I know these motors have tons of grounds and safety points that need to be hooked up first for them to run correctly but I'm just looking for any info on things that I might jot know about. My belt isn't on and the maf is plugged in but no tubing is connected. It sat for 3 years until I got it. It's got spark, has oil pressure and has fuel pressure. I even tried something I read about the fuel injectors if one of them shorts or goes bad it will not let the car start so I unplugged each one individually and tried to start it. I'm probably leaving something out so just any info might help thanks in advanced.

Welcome to TGO btw! But yes I checked the fuses before when I was changing the fuel pump relay. I went through them all and they checked out. I could always go through them again.

Really? I'm gonna go back and double check timing and all my wires then I will check the fuses again just to be safe. Theres so many small things to check for.
But yes there definitely is a good solid amount of info on the forum and the people here have no issues helping out. I've learn to search everything first and go through the old threads because most stuff has been posted somewhere. I mostly read and rarely post because I don't have to with the different builds and write ups
