350 tbi help

ok so it idles fine but uner lite peddle it bucks and acts like its missing but at wot it revs fine what could it be please help

Check the fuel pressure, sounds like its low.
Any codes?

Yes the service light is on but it also has a new fuel pump in it i think it might be the tps but i will check fuel pressure thanks for the info
