383 tpi will not start

I have a new 383 with a tpi that will not start.I have repl the fuel pump with an intank walbro for fuel injection.I had a starter issue with an intermittent problem with an armature.I have that issue fixed.I have repl the ignition switch.I do not show any fuel pressure at the fuel rail on my street and performance gauge. The engine will crank but not start. What do I check next?Do I go back to fuel pump and work my way forward to the fuel rail
thanks, Scott Overmann

So work out why your pump is not pressurizing the rail.
Can you hear pump actually running?

Put 12v to terminal G on the ALDL connector. Pump will run full time.
Check pressure.
If no pressure showing , clamp return line.
If pressure comes up ;fuel reg faulty.
If not then filter blocked or fuel not leaving tank.
The connecting hose from pump in tank could have come off so no flow out of tank
