Hey im trying to really open up my 87 305 lg4 and buy something that will be good on a future 350. I am on a budget

Whats a good type or brand? And should i get a highrise manifold or what? Thanks

Air gap dual plane intakes seem to be the way to go these days ; give best all round street performance.
Hi-rise single plane intakes better suited for mid to top end performance
( with mods to support higher revs like heads ,cam ,stall and gears)

Look for a used Edelbrock RPM or RPM Air-Gap,
or the Chinese copy version of either intake.

edit: The Air-gap design is very cold natured, so keep this in mind if you need to do a lot of winter driving.
