Car Idle Issue..... Please Help!

Engine: 305 TPI/350 TPI
Transmission: 700r4
Car Idle Issue..... Please Help!
Ok Im starting to get my Iroc together and I have been noticing an issue when I drive it....while driving and even at idle the car will seem to idle down for a split second then jump back up, and it just does that randomly while I drive, it also seems that it idles too high, has anybody ever experienced these problems? What could be causing this???? PLEASE HELP GUYS!!!!!

Axle/Gears: stock gears, Limited Slip

heres my 
: check your high idle cam. also check your idle setting on your carb, it might be loose or off kilter. im not a genius but it sounds like your carb is messin wit ya. if that doesnt work let me know
