1987 Iroc-z heat and combo?s Help Appreciated!!!

Hello guys. I am new here and thought you might be able to help me out.
In a few days I am going to look at a 87 iroc-z. They are asking $4,498 for it. I put a link of a pic. It has-
"1987 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 -- 62K Original Miles -- Completely Rebuilt 350 -- 4.92 Cam With New Lifters -- New Chevy Vortec Heads -- Edelbrock Carbs -- 342 Posi Rear -- Automatic Trans With Shift Kit -- T-Tops -- Fiberglass Hood -- New Paint Job -- Runs Out Great !"
I called and they said they are putting a new starter in it. Also they said that it has no ac or heat. Before I go look at it I wanted to know if this is a good deal? What should I look for when I go look at it? Also how hard and costly would it be to fix the heat? And possibly the ac? But im more worried about the heat. Also with all these mods do they work together good? Will be using it as daily driver and some fun. Thank you for your time! Any help input is appreciated!
Here are 4 images of the engine:

Re: 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-z ?s
It seems decently priced. But you best look it over well. Never know if something is rusted out or done half butted. I paid $8000 for mine. At the time it was completely stock with 22k original miles on it.
