hopefully the final issue
Upon recently do head gaskets i had the engine together and the one side started leaking so i took it apart again and tried again this time no leak i put the engine back together the exact way that i did when it leaked it ran great when it was leaking so i put it together exactly how i did it before i did the rocker arms properly and everything is properly toruqued timing sounds correct and appeared correct with the timing light the problem is its idleing really low and choppy and im hearing little pops in the exhaust it shoots out a bit of smoke but i think its from when they leaked all the **** that got in my and its just blowing it out i am hoping anyone can help me out troubleshooting this none of the gaskets are leaking but im sure it will end up being something really obvious...

Sounds like plug wires #5 & #7 are swapped.

The great news that it wasn't those 2 being swapped it appears all of the wires were one space over now it runs fine thanks for the idea of the place to look
