Code 14/15, replaced coolant sensor

Bought this car, it was running fairly well, but didn't want to idle. Diagnosed it as IACV, replaced that with good almost new one, checked SES light, got code 14. Replaced CTS, now getting code 14 AND 15 with the new one installed.

Hard to start, still won't idle until it warms up a minute, then idles crazy low (6-700 RPM loping).

Also, if I check SES with the engine on, I'm still getting code 12, as well. AFAIK, this shouldn't be happening.

I'd like to drive this car with the tops out for summer, so getting this fixed is kind of a priority to me.
