Screech when starting up

Transmission: T5 Borg Warner
Axle/Gears: Auburn LSD / 3.73
Screech when starting up
Whenever I start the car, there is this loud screeching noise coming from the engine. I thought it was the belts so I replaced them and it still screeches on start up. Any thoughts on what this could be?
