Aluminum Heads & EGR

Do the #10088113 heads have EGR passages? Reading on an article it looks like the ZZ4 dont have any so im wondering if used aluminum corvette have them. Thanks

Aluminum Corvette heads have no crossover passages.

Alum head Vette TPI engines had the EGR gases supplied direct to a internal passage in the intake ( hole at rear to right and in front of dist )
from a riser tube off the pass side exh manifold

So when installed will they throw an EGR code? will they still be able to pass smog in this horrible state of cali?

They could if you installed them with a complete emissions system (including the intake) from a Corvette of the same model year as your car or later and went through the referee process.

Can I use the Edelbrock High-Flo intake like the picture thats posted? And if so will I need to block off the top egr port?

Your EGR valve gets fitted there if you want EGR functional
The afore mentioned port at rear feeds that location ; only difference to a F-Body intake is where the Exh supply is from
