Poor fuel supply??

I have a 91 Z28 1LE that I ordered new in June of 1990... Its been in storage the last 8 years... The storage place is closing after 24 years & I have to get the car out of there.... Its a 305TPI / 5speed with 5900 miles.... Its getting spark, but has very poor fuel pressure... "IF" I spray starting fluid in the TB, it will fire but it only seems to be running on a few cylinders... Any ideas why????

You need proper fuel pressure, 36-45psi. With out it, it wont start because its very lean, the ecm assumes proper pressure is there, but it cant do anything if it low.
