won't start after sitting for a few hours

Hey all, I have a 1991 Camaro z28 with the 305 tpi w/5 spd manual transmission. I have a problem that is starting to drive me nuts. I'm taking the car back out of storage for the last 3 years and putting it back on the road. I have already done plugs, wires, cap+ rotor, drained all the old fuel replaced with new. The car will start by itself sometimes.. It normally cranks and cranks and the fuel pump is priming and running while cranking. I also am pretty sure the fuel pressure is correct. If i mist a little fuel into the intake then crank it, it fires right away and will run as long as the key is on. It rev's freely and not sputtering. If i shut it off after running it will start back up right away. If i let it sit for about an hour, it will crank and crank only.. I don't believe that the problem isn't spark related because it fires right up as soon as I introduce fuel into the engine. Also, no trouble codes come up while the car is running. please help. thanks

Please Help,

I am having the same EXACT issue with my 88 5.0 GTA.

I only drive it about once every 3 weeks or so and keep stored in my garage with the battery disconnected.
