Engine: 5.7L TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: Borg Warner 2.77
Cam and lifters
I have a lifter knock in my 5.7TPI and I'm going to tear apart the motor and might as well replace the cam etc while it's apart. Any suggestions?

it needs valve seals and I have a set of Vortec heads that have been redone so while I'm taking that all apart I might as well take care of the lifters and put a cam in it right away
